Evelynn's Ultimate Damage

I was just wondering if there were any damaging abilities/ Ultimates that can not be fatal besides evelynn's ultimate. Could we please give her a minimum damage, I mean after her Maximum % Health was changed to Current % Health her ultimate has been lacking. How many other damaging ultimates can't kill an enemy with 1hp?

riot gutted eve again so now we got to wait another 2.5 years for a rework

don't use her ultimate for damage, but for the shield and slow.
