Division restrictions should not exist in Flex Queue.

Currently, a group of Bronze 4, Silver 4, and Gold 4 players cannot queue together in Flex Queue. If the purpose of the queue is to allow players to focus on their teamwork abilities and to queue up with the crew of their choosing, there should not be a division restriction.

Solo queue already exists for a player to make and show their personal achievement. Blind Pick exists for casual players who just want to play. With Normal Draft limited to only a few regions, and Flex queue having division restrictions, there is no longer a widespread queue that allows for friends to play together in a more competitive environment.
