SO I've been grinding away this season and have been climbing the ladder, and I've noticed something very strange. when Im going from one division to another like silver to gold. I end up playing against and with gold players. But once Im in gold I play against and with all silvers. And the skill level is unbelievably worse then it was in gold then going from silver to gold. Im sure the first thing that will be said is well your MMR is lower then blah blah blah. however this has been the consistant pattern all season. Ill play with and against golds in silver then once im in gold I play with all silvers and against golds.

MMR does not remotely care about what assigned division a player is. It should be completely random in a range. So if your Division 1 or Division 4 the expectation is your going to see players from both tiers randomly over teams. I recommend strongly you don't care about anything other then how well your playing, its the only constant factor and the only one you have control over.

Also a Quick op GG of your last 10 games. # of "Gold" players.

So... Honestly it looks like literally the opposite of what your saying has happened. Once you hit gold a majority of your games your team has had the most Gold players on it, 75% you have more with a single Tied match. Meanwhile 66.66% of The matches I checked that list you as silver the Enemy team had more gold players.
