Honestly lookin at his past season its probably not the same player. dude went from being a meh ADC main into snowball AF Assasin Main overnight. He only played ADC last year and has a few weak Adc games then suddenly massive games with 10 + kills.
Still overall should be a high uncertainty this season for low # of games. The fat win streak for me makes it seem reasonable account in a s2 MMR match.
The Duo unranked? 
has years of being silver. Is dropping currently, S3 MMR match average last game played. Also pretty high uncertainty on it so his MMR gains losses will be pretty dramatic. Had a higher MMR match average but has been going down from s1 g4 to s2 and is now at s3.
Basically the same for Natu but less games, currently sinking in Match MMR averages.
Did you miss the bit where might want to check past seasons? Like... that was a pretty common thing I brought up last time I looked into your matches?
Your 1 silver player is duoing W zed a lot and plays champions to set up .
The other team has meh silver player high uncertainty who wins 1 for every 2 losses. A duos that's also kinda meh individually but have a fairly solid win% when playing together. Not as good as your Boosters but better then your bot who average 60% together.
Vayne did very well but that's pretty far from her average.
So basically the "unranked" Duo that had Silver MMR from past seasons was heavy enough they cost your team a game and your smurf/booster assassin main top and yourself couldn't carry the dead weight because of mindless point and click CC.
Nothing really radically unfair but I understand why your upset .Honestly, I fucking hate how Riot implements Duoing. Its abuseable and its only around because players enjoy it and play more often for more games with friends. Duoing should be changed.
I can rant about duoing for a while so I will leave it at that.
You got dicked over but not unreasonably so. You focus to much on assigned tiers and those are utterly meaningless for high uncertainty accounts. Unranked and low # of games IS high uncertainty. Your Bot unranked duo have a history of being silver so its not like they are completely newbie random 0 data accounts. Your Bronze is clearly unreasonably well from whats expected and that change was basically overnight so likely a smurf or booster. Top is there to help the Bronze and makes his picks for that player. Other team has a lot of accounts who are actively sinking and losing MMR and the 
who literally was on his first ranked game out of placements.
Stop focusing on Tiers, its just a distraction that has 0 relation to how MMR functions. So... Like I told you last time
MMR does not remotely care about what assigned division a player is. It should be completely random in a range. So if your Division 1 or Division 4 the expectation is your going to see players from both tiers randomly over teams. I recommend strongly you don't care about anything other then how well your playing, its the only constant factor and the only one you have control over.
