zreal only functional rune (klepto) Ezreal have been struggling went from being a safe poke adc to the single worst in preseson I think he needs a hotfix buff and his old atk speed back since he clearly is in dire time for ezreal mains.
Ezreal just got a compensation buff after the removal of Klepto and no Ezreal isn't Kalista 2 Ezreal can still be played independent of a support and still function if you know what you're doing A kalista player can know what they're doing and still not succeed because they HAVE to rely on a support
Meanwhile Ezreal can also be played in other roles (remember back when he was the cheese jungle pick?)
OP is right, if you pick you are literally inting.
It is a good thing he can escape so easily, it's about the only thing he can do.

Just pick Conqueror on him and he's fine, it's like 2% higher WR than other runes
hes lower win rate than kalista, and conqurer isnt that bad on him just his kit is to weak. all the nerfs ruined his kit thanks to klepto so he pretty much cant beat anyone in lane.
He's not gonna stay like this forever, he will be buffed as his kit is healthier than Kalista's, i'm sure he will be in a solid spot eventually, he's a popular champion after all.
