Gracefully Trolled

Ok guys this is something that has been bothering me for the last couple years of dabbling in league play. Whenever I get the itch to start playing again and start to climb my way from the depths of wood 5,I get to my provisionals. But then, wait, what's that? A troll who locked in sona jungle after a jg was picked first pick? I'm not worried about flamers or toxic players , the mute button does wonders there . I'm talking about the people who's match history show countless games of repeated trolling. Now I'm not saying that sona can't be jungled, but the act of locking in a jg when our jg was picked three picks ago is kinda troll. When asked if anyone has any prefs, no answer from this person. I lose lp because of this and in the depths of mmr hell this happens a bunch along with afk, and intentional feeders. My question is, has riot made mention of any reconciliation tactics for those who are robbed of lp because a 12 year old knew it was his bed time but he pressed lock in anyways and then his mom makes him leave the game? I love this game, I spend outrageous amounts of money on this game! I just want to feel like my hard earned money is being used to find a solution to this problem. Other than this it's an amazing game RIOT! So if anyone has a thread that's helpful plz comment!
