Bots in Howling Abyss Custom Games

I want to thank Riot for including the option to add bots to custom games on all maps, as before you could only do so on TT or SR. I find it quite stimulating to battle 5 intermediate bots solo on HA. Anyways thank you for doing so. Also, is there any timeframe for the training tool being released?
