I would like to see different permenant gamemodes in league and maybe a gamemode with more than two teams would be different and a new experience so please comment and tell me if you would like to see more permenant gamemodes.

I realy don't care as long as there is more variety in games so who's with me!!!
I can some what agree with this comment but, IT might down the popularity of league aswell, it could be one of those weekly ones that you have maybe 3 teams or so and it's maybe king of the hill type of style but, it might also bring in new people to try league out as well so I agree with this post. 
The more permanent queues you add, the fewer people are in each queue, creating issues in all of them.
Most people want autofill removed. Your suggestion would be a step in the opposite direction.
