Rerolled 3 skin shards only to get a skin shard ????

So basically, i had 3 skin shards and i rerolled it for 1 perm. But i ended up getting a skin shard instead of perm skin. Is this normal or what

If you don't own the champion the skin is for, you'll instead receive a permanent skin shard (cost no OE, gold border), rather than the permanent skin itself since you wouldn't be able to use it. You should verify whether it's a skin shard (cost OE to "unlock") or a skin shard permanent (costs no OE to "unlock"), and if it is a just a skin shard (rather than a skin shard permanent) you should contact Support.

Ah, that makes a lot more sense now. It shows up as a "Unlock Skin Perm". tyty
