Why did I get Leaverbuster ?

I played the whole game and I got leaverbuster ? Is this a bug ?

My power went out for like 30 seconds though and I missed the first 3 minutes of the match and this has been happening a lot lately because they are working on the power lines ... but I don't think I can control that .. i'll live with this I guess.

Get a generator scrub. I got one of these and painted a picture of Kennen on it.
