Please do something with Talon.
I am a die hard Talon main since the beginning of S3, which is when I think he shined the most although completely underrated at the time. I loved his all or nothing lonewolf playstyle. The extreme high risk high reward factor made this my favorite champion.
Heres why I think Talon has been indirectly nerfed into oblivion and is a garbage champion now.
-Trinkets. Talons ult was intended to be an escape after killing his squishy target. Every single game I play now is me hoping the enemy support doesnt upgrade there trinket to early thus making my ult kind of useless. The rush of pressing ghostblade and running into the enemy team 1v5 STRATEGICLY and killing there ADC, then escaping was a characteristic that I truly loved when playing Talon. Nowadays that is nearly IMPOSSIBLE.
-Removal of regular wards and replacing with pink wards. are you fuckin serious. refer to ^
-Ghostblade stats edit. Talon basicly had 1 viable build. Ghostblade, hydra or BT, LW, IE, cleaver. Ghostblade no longer gives crit chance. Every true Talon main will know that the combination of the old ghostblade and IE was an unstoppable force. With the changes to ghostblade, which may be better for alot of champions, made talon that much worse.
-Removal of silence. This is where you messed up, hard. His silence was personally one of the most important parts of his kit.
Talon was the only champion I honestly enjoyed playing. Now he's shit. He's gotten nothing but nerfs since release. Show him some love.
It's only just now with the changes to the jungle, Tiamat, and crit items that I think crit has become viable on Talon, much less essential (in my opinion). I actually think you can do a lot of work with this build while still getting more crit than was usually possible with the old items.
And that build is just the tip of the iceberg. I've been trying to find other playstyles for Talon before calling him "garbage" or "shit." I know it can be hard sometimes, but try some new builds or strategies out, you might like them!
