Proposition Of A Ranked Player Vote Based Champ Select Kick System.(To Help Stop Trolling In Ranked)

Have you ever lost a ranked game because some guy trolled because he didn't get his role,or just plainly was not prepared for ranked play (Few Champions,Not a single Runepage). I propose a system that would allow you to not have to dodge games in champ select because of generally toxic or trolling players.

The system would work like this.

During any part of champion select past the 3rd pick players are allowed the option to start a vote to kick a certain player because of toxic behavior or trolling. Each player may initiate a vote which freezes champion select for around one minute ,and thirty seconds. During this time players are given the vote to kick the judged player or can vote no (The Judged player is unable to take part in the vote nor his partner if duo ). Players are required to give about a sentence worth of why the player should be kicked before the vote can be finalized. The vote is successful if three out of four summoners agree to kick the offending player. However if the vote fails the player who initiates the vote loses a slight amount of lp (5-8). A successful vote causes a restart of que and imposes a 30 minute restriction on ranked games for the judged player. A player is able to appeal the vote sending the case to the tribunal in the event that he may have been wrongly convicted. The tribunal is presented with chat logs as well as the reasons input during the voting process. If the tribunal finds that the player is not guilty of anything then all participated players will be first given a few warnings before being handed a ban for abusing the system.

I honestly believe the criteria for starting a vote should be rather strict to prevent people from doing this cause of team comp as it should only be used when a player is being generally toxic or trolling in champ select.
