I have seen many people complaining about there being no diversity in lcs games. So I thought of something that may fix this. My idea is if a team picks say 
then they can't pick her again for the rest of that season. Thoughts on this?
silly idea, just because they are elite players in the lcs, does not mean they are that skilled on a 5-10-20 champions.

Your idea limits the champion pool by forcing people to play certain champions, the exact opposite you want. There are plenty of champs in the LCS just stop watching Fnatic, they have the worst champ pool in the LCS literally each position had 2 different champs during the first 2 weeks. Go see UOL if you want big champ pools
i think its a bad idea instead of making our champions good and ballanced you want lcs players to pick stuff that itsnt worth it this makes their games have random outcome
If you can't pick the same champion twice in a season then you'll have to quit the season in a few weeks. In the current split with this system every team would already have 50 champs blocked off from them.
With as many champs as Lol has now Normal and ranked games should have 1 more ban per team, while LCS should have 2 or 3 more this way we can see who is a real pro, because they would need a 2nd and possibly a 3rd champ they could fall back on.
