Aram, Snowball + Alistar is OP

I agree, but I feel I should give reasons why.

• The snowball is on a short cd allowing Alistar to use it constantly whenever his other abilities are up.
• With Alistar's abilities he can jump in with the snowball, knock up everyone around him then stroll a little further and knock them back into his team.
• As a tank this makes Alistar especially annoying in his ability to displace his opponents even going so far as to snowball into turrets and knock opponents around with little ability for counters unless you just have everyone on the team dodge every snowball he throws.
• On top of this, Alistar's has a ton of sustain which allows him to strike, walk away and heal before doing it again, almost always ensuring a kill.
