Who even uses Twin Shadows?

A lot of champs who found useful are finding use out of it, because the active is pretty strong for what it does. would probably have been a larger competitor if they didn't nerf the AP from 80 to 60 on PBE, but it has its niche, just like Frost Queen's Claim used to.

Supports because morons don't cover them when they have to go ward after laning phase is over.
