So I play DoT or sustain dam champs like ELise and Swain, and which one is preferred when?
I buy Void staff just becasue I m used to it but today I put Ryali+Liandry on ELise and it was actually good for tanks like Malph.
im confused on what ur trying to say probbally cuz im not very good at understanding thing but. if u get all magic pen runes its about 19 + shoes + mask thingy = 49 if u get the mastery goes to like 55 or 60 i think then u get the abysall and then a voidstaff becasue first it does % then it does the falt magic pen so i was told correct me if im wrong. if u go below their magic resist i bevllive it does nothing extra again i could be wrong.
