Lancer hecarim skin
If u get lancer hec from an orb not the shard tho then does that mean u get hecarim too if u don't own him and if u don't get hecarim with the skin does that mean u can't get the skin until u buy hec with ip or rp

Sry I realized that I posted this twice by accident
You can get the skin without owning the champion. It will remain in your "Loot" tab until you've bought the champion. This applies to every skin in the game.
