Time for voicechat public release

Hi,

Since this game is more balanced than ever it's harder to win. In my opinion It's time to release voice chat to the public as a beta and see how it goes. Also there should be a option to mute people, just to make it sure.

Thanks ;)

A mute button for voice would effectively be a /fullmute button within 2 years. That's a good chunk of why there's not going to be public voice chat anytime soon.
