Idea for Nocturne Ult

I feel that Nocturne's Ultimate isn't quite Paranoia inducing enough. I think that when he chooses a target for his ult, Nocturne "phantoms" should launch at all foes, spreading fear to all players, as they think they are being ulted. These phantoms wouldn't do any damage, but they would look exactly like him, giving the illusion of them being attacked. You could tweak it so that the phantoms only launch at foes that don't have vision, as someone in top lane would know that a Nocturne at bot wouldn't be able to ult them, or perhaps launch them if the enemy is in range of his ult. That, or an area effect fear like Urgot's, that would effect everyone but the target (I feel that with a fear on his kit already, it would be too much CC for a single target). Even an AD boost or bonus armour/MR, just something. I feel that a gap closer that's meant to pick off a single target isn't enough for an ult. I dont actually play Nocturne, so I could be talking nonsense, but if anyone does, let me know what you think! :D
