AFK
just had an afk in our match and we missed the remake who do I talk to about getting thast lp back because that's garbage, shouldn't take lp if we lose with an afk, and the game recognizes they are afk.

You missed it as in you did not bother to type /remake at the 3 minute mark? or missed it as in the player went AFK atva later time in the match?
Regardless you aren't getting that LP back. AFKs suck but if Riot gave LP back for every afk in every game it would be super easy to abuse by having a player "take one for the team" by purposly AFKing so others dont lose LP.
