So, can a riot member look into the statistics on my account for when my next box drop should be? I haven't gotten a drop in what seems like ages, I have four drops available and I've been wracking up keys.. I now have 24 and no chests to be seen.
Corporal B4 votesAre you playing champions that are eligible to earn a chest? If you have received a chest from a certain champion you can not get another from that same champion. Go into your champion page on your profile and look to see what champions are eligible to receive chests then go from there.
Follow up info from Riot's guide:
"Earn these through achieving a Mastery rank of S- or higher" - chests
"Once you earn a chest from achieving S rank on a champion, you won’t be able to earn another with that champion until the end of the season. You can see which champions you’ve earned chests with in your profile’s Champions tab. This chest cap resets each season."
"You can only earn chests if you're playing a champion you own. So, if you rent a champion or play an unowned champion on the free rotation, you won't be able to earn a chest with them."
Deep Terror Nami1 votesYou can only get a chest by earning an S grade on a champion you haven't already earned a chest on (this season), or a premade ally getting an S (earns you a chest for the champion you're playing, if available). The chest is guaranteed if you meet the requirements, and you can't ever get one if you don't meet them all.

also you don't get a chest twice in a season for the same champion.
Im pissed,for the past three months got nothing but champ shards that i already own plus almost all of my champs got a box(like 3 or 2 left) and i have 47 champs like WTF RIOT (atleast i got a battecast chogath but no other skins to disenchant to upgrade it fml)
