It's not even on the PBE yet, let alone Live. Quit being so knee-jerk to judge before ANYONE has seen the changes in effect yet. Long term, if the changes stay as they're posted, the only measurable result will be a higher skill floor, I see nothing wrong with that. And quit being so blind to event horizon only having offensive use, it's still a huge CC zone that fills around half the width of a lane, slight delay or not.

TL;DR Deal with it....wait.....no, it hasn't even been DEALT yet

very few questionable changes actually changed before going on live servers so we have reason to worry

Only if you truly worry that these changes will make him unplayable. Personally, I don't; yes, the e delay "nerf" is rough, but considering anything that COULD have been done, this is at least manageable.
