Ranked Flex Games

As you already know, when playing ranked flex, one cannot play with "friends" that are more than 1 level above or below them. I understand this rule to make matchmaking fair or even. I just do not understand why people that are more than 1 level below me, are in my flex games. I am gold 4 in ranked flex and I had a bronze 3 player on my team. I do not think this person should have been allowed in my game, as it did put my team at a disadvantage. If they want to change the rules, allowing us to play with anyone, I would not mind this past game. UPDATE: I just played another flex game with someone in Bronze, and they ended up being negative (in attitude) as they sold all of their items for 6 stop watches... Either let me play with my friends that are in lower tiers for flex, or update the system so I do not play with random bronze kids instead of my friends that I know
