Frozen Screens during "Accept Match" screen , champion select, and loading screen

Lately I've been getting delays on when the Match Found thing pops up. It doesn't appear for me only until it ended and says I declined or did not accept even thought it never showed up. Then when it does allow me to click it, there are delays when picking my champion or my screen is stuck in champion select and never moves on to the loading screen delaying my playing time especially when I'm just trying to have a fun game with some friends and it puts me behind. I have to force close LoL and start again. The thing is I don't know what to do because I can play other games just fine for example, Battlefield V, R6 Siege , Battlefront 2, and Madden 19. If anybody got ideas on what the issue is and how to fix please help bruh im tryna play league [zombie-nunu-tears]
