Shyana No Passive on ARAM

I just noticed doesn't have a working passive on ARAM since the map doesn't have dragons (possible doesn't work on Twisted Treeline and none of the feature maps as well). Can you make it work out of turrets on those maps, or make it scale with time or level? is lame to be forever at 5 bonus armor and MR as your passive the whole game
