Two button hotkeys?

Could anyone possible inform me of a way to set normal cast to a two button cast such as spacebar + q/w/e/r and then have my default q/w/e/r as smart/quick cast. Sounds simple, but when I haven't found a way to put both hotkeys into the same ability. This would be insanely helpful for and maybe someone like or since they have long range skill shots but their other abilities are fairly simple, but in times of pressure you want to be able to instantly cast their q's and not have to worry about left clicking since it is a delay in time. Riot has basically already implemented this with the self-cast ability hotkey, but there doesn't seem to be an option to this on regular casted spells.
