I was on the PBE and bought all the skins I could with Blue Essence as the RP grants still aren't fixed. I bought some chromas that day. Then today when I was looking for ice king twitch chromas nothing. Then I realized none of the chromas that are able to be bought with BE are there. Not a major issue its just a little frustrating as I want to see how they look in game before I purchase them on live servers.[sg-ezreal]

Unfortunately, you will have to wait until Riot fixes the RP grant issues. The 1 BE cost for all new skins and chromas are a temporary fix to the issue. Older skins and chromas do not have this temporary fix.
