Kai Sa Ult is a Joke

I agree the CD is retarded. It needs to be around 60 so with max CDR to have 40 sec

With a garbage range too.

Looking at Blitzcranks and Lux's R cooldown, I have to say that I agree. Her ult is quite self limiting and puts her in danger when she uses it. But to be honest her R isn't the only thing that needs to be buffed.

And it gets you killed if you ult to a target away from you team most of the time.

Kai sa whole kit is a joke.

Her 500 auto range is another joke.

The whole champion is a joke.

Even with the Q buff that's coming next patch, I think they should look at her ult. Diana has a 25 second cooldown on hers at level one, and it functions with or without a mark (Instant refund with mark). Late game she gets it down to 15 seconds, excluding CDR of course. Since Kai has to mark someone to use hers, and it functionally acts the same as Diana's (deals no damage and applies the shield Dianna always gets with her W anyways), I'm sure they can reduce the ult to equal or lower values than Diana and not have issues.

After all, I've seen the best success in the mid lane with her. (Jung seems to do well too.) ADC is meh, but gets the job done. So allowing her to become the bursty combo damage dealer she already is will be great.
