CANT SEEM TO WIN!!!! PLZ HELP?

So I have recently been demoted back to silver and I can not and I kid you not I can now win one single game. I just seem to keep losing over and over again and ive looked up champs that are good to win with and I always do good in my part and win my lane or try to gank a lot win in jg. I usually never feed but I cant seem to win. any thoughts/solutions?

I can coach you on my stream if you want otherwise just play easier champions and spam them. You are all over the place and try to play everything which is bad. Stick to 1 role with one back up and 2 champions for the roles.
