Presence of Mind (rune) & Muramana
The muramana (
) passive shock deals 6% current mana as physical damage, but it consumes 3% mana. When you have lower than 20% mana it doesn't consume any mana nor does it deal the extra damage.
Now I was wondering about the rune Presence of Mind. For 7 seconds it fully restores your mana spend after a takedown or level up.
My question: when you level up or get a takedown, would the shock passive still do the 6% current mana damage? Subquestion: and what about when you get a level up or takedown when you are below 20% mana?
