When I tried to log in my account today, I notice that I got player banner. You mentioned that you guys sent out an email to explain the reason why I was banned but I never received any email. Could you explain the reason why I got ban here ?

What does the message say when you try to log in? I assume it's not a toxicity ban as those are usually pretty obvious

Then, I checked with my email which show verbal abuse. But I played my last three games with my friends and I did not say anything. I played three games on 03/15/2018, one game on 03/01/2018, one game on 01/24/2018, and two games on 01/22/2018. I played 6 out of 7 recent games with my four pre-made friends and I did not say any thing during the game.
My friend said he got banned experience before but the RIOT usually gave them the chat history and only the penalty is restricting the number of chat first. I don't know why you guys ban me for verbal abuse and did not prove my verbal abuse with chat history. I spent a lot of money on the store and you guys just banned me for no reason.

They don't ban for "no reason" my guy, send a support ticket and I'm sure they will issue you a proper response to your inquiry.
