Can riot make a mandatory warding tutorial?

It's really starting to get on my nerves that I either play support and have proper vision on the map+tp places or not have it at all because the Soraka thought building AP and skipping sightstone works without a major lead, or just never touches trinket. Playing and gives me plenty of TP gank potential but when there's no wards bot or in the jungle it's a quick trip to my tower at best. I shouldn't have to say that but at this point I feel like I need to.

Hell, i've made a post similar to this concerning builds and it went ignored by Riot. I've no idea why you guys think people are going to search the internet for this info. It's easy to find and obtain, yes but there are stubborn people that think just playing the game can teach you these small but important interactions that can change the tide of a game. You can't tell me that you spend all this time making new champs, skins, articles, running a devblog, and maintaining servers that you can't take 15 mins out of your day to make a tutorial and either pay an editor 20 bucks to clip it together or take an hour in windows movie maker to do it yourself. It's not hard and RIOT has plenty of pocket change to spare.

I'm tired of losing games not because my teammates are stupid or just plain bad but because they lack the resources to improve.
