So how come Manamune got 1 mana per 8 seconds and Archangels staff doesnt... its pretty much the same exept for the AP/AD differences it would be a loot better to have that option on Archangels staff

Because Manamune gives 4 mana per AA, spell cast, mana expendature (2 times in 8 seconds). Archangels gives 8 mana per spell cast (2 times in 8 seconds).

16 per 8 seconds > 8 per 8 seconds

It's much faster to charge the item 3003 than the item 3004
