Im geniunely frustrated about the matchup system in low ELOs.

Lately, I've been getting demoted a lot because of players like this. These players start feeding or afk'ing for various reasons wich are not really valid reasons. And no Im not talking about dying to a gank or getting their buff stolen kind of "feeding", Im talking about intentional direct feeding. For example lets take the Jayce I played with last game. In the champion select, our "support" zac banned his champion of desire. As Jayce didnt even gave us any information about the champion he wanted to play, zac just banned fizz from champ select. jayce got really angry and started excessively swearing to all of the team. Zac didnt speak a word and started the game with an AP Tome. He didnt went to his supposed lane, instead he directly to top, starting to harass jayce and steal his farm. When jayce told him to get out in a graphic language, he just went straight into Jayce's enemy laner Illaoi and started to die to her on intention. Jayce who got really angry told us in /all chat that he is not even trying anymore and "he is sick of feeders". So what does he do ? Yes you got it, he starts to feed my lane (mid) and bottom lane continusly until we are forced to surrender.

Please Riot, I know that we are not as higher Elo players, but Im playing since season 4 and spent over a $1000 on this game and I think I deserve to be heard out. I want a stricter punishment system for the ones who troll in ranked games.
