Back after 2 ish seasons

I played in seasons 2-4, and haven't played since like spring splits season 4. Can anyone recommend any websites, blogs, guides, etc... that could help me catch up on the new talents, rune pages, jungle, meta, etc? I appreciate ahead of time any help you can offer.

I'd reccomend watching a few challenger-level twitch streamers, as that's normally what I do to "digest" a new patch. Quas is a good one for top lane, iwdominate is a good one for jg, and whenever goldenglue streams he's just good for general laning/"tuning" help.

Do they generally talk about runes/masteries when they stream? I used to watch a couple streamers back in the day, and have been watching the all star stuff the last two days, but dont really remember anyone talking about runes/masteries. But I'll check em out regardless; thanks for the advice!

It depends. I know if you ask them what they'd reccomend they're typically open to sharing, mind you they usually wait until the end of the game before they do q&a's. Also, watching LCS is literally the worst thing to do if you want to get better at solo-queue. Doing that is like watching WWE in the hopes of getting better at hand to hand combat.
