Isn't that a bit of an overreaction for a 20% healing reduction increase?

There are so many champs that do Katas job better than her and they don't even need to be fed(just few -> ap - Rumble, Kass | ad - Talon, Zed)
Literally just pick Rumble, better 1v1, better 2v2, better push, better roam, similar ability to snowball, similar scaling, better Kata.
what are you talking about did you not see fizz can get 50%dmg reduction? omg if he starts being played top, i'm migrating to mid lane, i did not sign up for tank fizz. i'll play kata there cause she'snow niche broken.
Katarina is pretty much the definition of feast or famine and she doesn't have the same mobility or protections as other assassins.
