Kayle Should Be Nerfed

Hi guys hi riot, i'm here because today i play with fizz on mid versus an kayle and i'm winning the lane. When we go to tf we loose all tf, because kayle use her ult all time. I ask for kayle "How much time is your cooldown on the ult?" and she tell me "is 23 seconds" and i get a rage because an kayle carry the entire game, and we loose all tf because kayle. I think is more better if all the noob champs ( champs of 450 ip ) take a nerf because all time have players on ranked with noob champs like WW, Ashe, Sivir, Kayle and this is a problem because the champions that are cheaper are better than the more expensive, and should not be so I guess I.

Do some research before spazzing out. Her maxed R currently has a cooldown of 80 seconds, so with 40% CDR that can only be reduced to 48 seconds.

You play Fizz and expect sympathy? No. As has been pointed out Kayle has been nerfed a lot and the 23 second ult? A lie. If you lost every team fight because 1 person became invulnerable to damage for a few seconds you would have lost them anyway. Instead of whining for nerfs because you're bad at the game try to perhaps learn how to play against her?
