Voice Chat

Hi Guys,

are Voice Programms like Razer Comms or Curse Voice allowed? I'm talking about Programms that help me find random players in my game that want to voice chat, because you get an immense advantage out of that.

If so, what programms do you use and which one do you think is most used by the community.
