How to charm with evelyn?

Well as the title says: How do i charm with evelyn??? is it that u use ur W and than hit them with u q. And also can u tell me the combo with evelyn.. Do u W em first, Than e and last Q for an example..?

You mark them with your W, but must wait for the animation to show a fully made heart to use your Q (if you use it early it will not charm).

ANY damage from Eve will proc the charm after 2.5 seconds of waiting. So it can be Q, E, R, or an auto attack that procs it.

An damage ability from Eve (not smite) will proc the charm once 2.5 seconds pass. It's much easier to proc,if you position to their side or if you manage to get behind them. Once you position,use move and immediately move to their turret,that's the likest route they will take. Once you manage to proc it (likely with Q) , use Q again while moving to them and press E,if the target has dash/blink they will likely use it as soon as the charm wears off. Since Q,get in range+Q again take some time (this in the scenario where you charmed them at max range), empowered E will allow you to follow your target to their dashed/blinked location.This doesn't work always,but it's far from impossible to do.
