More Rune Pages?

So I was trying to recreate my mastery pages from before the preseason patch, but I can only create two new ones. Will we be able to make more later on for free, or will we have to buy them?

You'll need to buy them.

Any rune pages from before still carry over of course, remembering they're rune pages (as in your title), and not mastery pages (as in your post).
