SO MANY FLAWS... from scuttle to being lvl 2 after completing an entire quadrant of jungle..
it makes me laugh to think that riot thinks an abnormal amount of people quit playing league after URF, No they are quitting because of your shit patch updates.
I just love when I’m trying to get level 3 with a scuttle, then I get ass raped by ww and start a team fight at level 2

it's the main reason why gold mid lane supports shoving gold into their jungler's mouth a thing.
In all fairness, learn to adapt. Riot won't fix anything that they believe is groundbreaking and new gameplay.
The strategy I have created to avoid fighting for scuttle is to ward the bush in the middle of the river on my starting side (usually bot lane) and it enables me to see which scuttle the other jungler will be going for. If you see vision of them you immediately know where they went and can take the other one.
Using this strategy for slower junglers I recommend going:
Buff-buff-scuttle
You won't get level 3 but its the safest method, then you just path down your jungle or tank.
For faster junglers:
Buff-buff-(wolves/raptors)-scuttle
This will give you level 3 if that's what you what you need in order to gank effectively.
It's only bad if you don't play the meta. The number 1 and 2 ranked players are currently both junglers.
I'm level 3 after completing a quadrant of the Jungle lol. Almost level 5 by full clear. Level 6 in a clear and a half..... dunno what you're doing wrong.
