Can someone explain to me why my luck in ranked is so sh*t.

Hi, as the picture goes, defeat after defeat in gold with gold-plat teammates who play literally worse than bronze players. Either, I get these types of players OR encounter smurfs on the enemy team who are most likely diamond smurfs making it rather pointless to even try when they start snowballing. Im not going to sit here and say "I deserve ____ rank" BUT, this.... this is just straight sht luck. I mean, yes, there are games where my performance is not the best, and there are times when I do tilt off the planet go double digit deaths. But, it seems like I just cant seem to climb out of this elo/rank of gold 4-3. Can someone tell me how I am supposed to keep playing my hardest when these are the results? At some point, it gets really tiring to even play this game. if I had a half decent team, maybe, just maybe, i wont be so hard stuck... who knows. But do I belong in gold 4...... probably not seeing how THIS IS THE F**ING RESULT WHEN I DO GO TRY HARD WITH PLAT RANKED PLAYERS IN MY GODDAM TEAM FEEDING ENOUGH TO SOLVE STARVATION IN AFRICA. I thought silver was elo hell. no, this right here is. Im ready to move on to the next life if i can't win a single game.

In all seriousness, my luck is sh*t, but, I do want to get to plat (if its even possible), so if anyone has any tips on how I can do so, please let me know.
