i personally think ryze should be nerfed because his snares are still way to quick on cd. i was playing this game and ryze snared like every second which made it impossible for me to kite as an adc. ryze also does a lot of damage and the shield he gets plus his ulti spellvamp makes it really difficult to kill him as well. nerf ryze snare and and maybe some of his damage plz.

xGarzilla1 votesYeah, i don't understand that either. Seeing HOW much he is banned, even in the LCS due to his broken mechanics and shield i am actually shocked that they did NOTHING to him with this patch. I guess it's just another champ to be perma-banned for another month or so.
