I hadn't finished my placement games for ranked queue in season 6. Even though S6 has ended, on my profile, it shows the amount of placement games I've played. I've played 2 games now that Solo Queue is up during preseason and it adds on to the games from last season. Will the previous games stay with me to determine my ranked in season 7? or when S7 starts, will it go away?

The leftovers of s6 are still there without any resets yet (so those who did finish their placements continue to gain/lose LP at their existing ranks), and when S7 rolls around everyone will need to do a fresh set of 10 placement matches for both ranked solo/duo and ranked flex.
People only needed to do placement matches for flex during preseason since it was an entirely new queue.
