His win rate is sad as well.

The problem with Kalista is the amount of mobility on her passive. People complain about Yasuo having unlimited mobility, but in all honesty she's the better example of a champion with unlimited mobility.

The sheer power of her passive makes it hard to balance her. Especially with less and less point and click CC in the game.

Kalista needs a rework, simple as that.

She is either very oppressive, or dumpster.

They just need to adjust her values a little bit.

Attack Speed: .644 --> .670 Soulmarked Damage: 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 --> 8/10/12/14/16

Kalista is Yoricked / Poppyed until further notice, basically gutted until they get to reworking her.

She's eating a miserable winrate of 41.29%? Yes, she needs buffs.

Will anyone else agree with you because they can't get over the butthurt from when she was actually overpowered? No, probably not.

Not just buff. I want get to be reworked a bit.

kalista does need an early game buff but in a way so that it doesnt make her scales to hard in the late game
