New idea: The Intromural Queue

To start off , it isn't ranked by any means. it's non ranked, played just like the normal queue drafts: picks/bans/no stat changes. We get it. The twist here is the level of the people you match up with. My first suggestion is to split it into two tiers of play.

Tier 1 intramurel queue - players from bronze 5 to gold 3 Tier 2 intramurel queue - players from gold 2 and above

If you enter the tier 1 queue you might get matched up with 4 bronzes and can practice carrying yourself past bad teammates. But my REAL goal through all of this is for the lower teammates to realize they're pretty bad and instead of flaming the team and giving up over a first blood, ask the obviously higher-ranked people on the team what she did wrong.( nicely!) Anyone that doesn't ask a question using: "kid" "fuck" "idiot" "uninstall" will normally be responsed to with actual ANSWERS

It would work on the other side too. I would love to play in games with diamonds not to win but just so I can get the experiences. I feel like it would help me and others progress as ... That "wow I've never seen someone pull that off before.. I need to remember that one" kind of feeling.

Concluding I feel like this would be a fun way to attempt to ease the flaming In game community I feel like players teaching things to their teammates In game would be a huge and great chance for overall improvement of everybody. I could see some streamers having some fun with this too
