Community's honest opinion of the current state of Riven

Title, mostly out of curiosity, boredom and other nouns. Poll will be on a a scale from 1 to 10 based on how balanced you think she is. 1 being horribly under powered and 10 being SSS god tier. Between 5 and 6 will be the "perfect sweet spot" balance point. After the 10, 50 and each subsequent 50 vote mark, I will average out the votes at my leisure. I may do this for other champs if this gets enough steam, but we'll see.
