NOOBS,KSer,and salty players,my causes of defeats

soo i had a really bad day in lol,and that because i won just fews match out of a lot,and that because of the feeders,noobs who disconnect intentionally and get back at the last minutes of the match to not get the leaverbuster,KS,and salty/toxic player i get queued with. i dont know how to deal with KSer cuz i got stealed from me 2 time out of 3 pentakill,i raged soo hard i was about to leave the match(but i didnt i was scared of the leaverbuster XD),and noobs that dont do nothing execept feeding,and quiting,some of them get back at the last minutes of the match to not get busted,some days i feel like the system dont want me to win, i always get queued with this toxic players,and speaking about toxic,when i get KSed,i always write ''nice ks" to poke my KSer to not do it again,but instead,he gets salty more that salt itself i dont know why i keep queued with these ppl,im surelly not the cause of losing cuz i do what's has to be done and the match and sometimes carry the game .soo any suggestion or solutions to finish this curse??
