if you play illaoi i recommend running this build against yasuo each one is different some easier than others

from there you can finish from which ever of the 3 left
I've never seen a illaoi vs yasuo but all you need is 
I don't really see how that does anything for you when Yasuo shouldn't be getting hit by any of her tentacles ever It's probably the most autolose matchup in the game
Best tip would probably be to W him when minions are out of position.
