Champion stuttering at start of game?

After installing the new patch I noticed at the start of the game if you try and turn your champion rapidly or just click in alternating directions there is severe stuttering. It usually happen right at the start of the game and resolves it self around when minions spawn. I'd like to go ahead and submit a bug report but would like to make sure it's not just isolated to my system as Riot most likely has their hands full with bugs. Is anyone else experiencing this?
