Why don't the game have a Voice Change Option?

Why don't Riot give players to have a option to change their champions' voice pack to other languages? America is a mixed country, adding this could help alot. And as a user of Japanese Voice Pack, I had used up many times to search up, download Voice pack and putting them in the game. because every time the game updates, it will reset the voices. So why don't Roit take the time and come up with a Voice Change Option to make the player all around the world happy?

Change the config file and set it to read only. Boom, updates cant change it.

But isn't it better to have an option in the client to let the players to change it easy better? :/

Go to \Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system and edit locale.cfg, then set it to read-only so the game cant edit it.

It needs to be set to a valid language that you have installed, of course.

You may need to run your text editor as administrator/superuser to edit and save the file, depending on where the game is installed and what OS you use.
